The Eternity TTRPG spell-fighter classes are those that use both physical might and magical powers in and out of battle. Spell-fighters are quite rare, compared to the general population, and magical powers are highly valued. However, spell-fighters are less rare overall than pure caster classes.
Spell-fighters are not more "powerful" than martial classes or caster classes, but their versatility of being able to battle physically or magically makes them formidable in any situation. For the most part, spell-fighters choose to focus on their martial or caster capabilities, though some rare individuals do tread both paths to somewhat of an equal degree.
All classes have special "roleplay powers" that allow that class to do unique feats without the need for rolling. For some spell-fighter classes/ powers, roleplay powers are the same as getting automatic successes on skill or knowledge checks.
For spell-fighter classes, however, some roleplay powers take a broader role, as they enable you to simply "do" a wider variety of things with your unique spells. Spell-fighters tend to not have quite as wide a variety of options as pure caster classes, though they certainly have more options than pure martial classes.
Spell-fighter classes may thrive on either Strike Bonus (physical hit chance) or Faith (magical hit chance). Spell-fighters may also choose to fight from melee range or from a distance, making any number of stat choices relevant and important.
Fighting from a distance, for example, you may prefer Range+ and Inspiration/ Intelligence stats (for maintaining ongoing and spell effects) over anything else. For melee fighters, you may opt to have more defenses (Dodge, Will, and Resilience) with more hit chance, to maximize your up-close-and-personal effect.
